Arcola is a town of about 2,700 people in Illinois's Douglas County. Its residents are proud to claim the title of "Broom Corn Capital of the World," and celebrate it each year with the Broom Corn Festival.

Arcola is home to some pretty famous attractions, such as Rockome Gardens, the Raggedy Ann and Andy Museum, the Arcola Hippie Memorial, and the Amish Interpretive Center. Check the Web site of Arcola's Chamber of Commerce for more information on the area.
